These classes will be held at the 2018 ABANA conference in Richmond, Virginia June 27-30
The class will work in thin tin, using plastilina clay as a resist.
It’s a simple introduction that anyone with reasonable eye/hand
coordination can do, regardless of age. We’ll work without heat. It’s
something you could easily do on your kitchen table. I’ll provide a
chasing hammer and a small assortment of basic tools, along with some
simple patterns to choose from, and an overview of how to use the
tools. You’ll follow this with hands-on work to chase and raise a
design in the lid of a small box. The class will be approximately 3 hours.
All classes are sold out.
